Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

It is often possible to join our trip on short notice (even just a day earlier) but our space is often limited to 6-8 people regardless the published max. group size on tour information page, so we recommend you sign up well in advance.

As we are a relatively small company we make bookings according to your preferred date of departure so our published dates are not fixed but it would be great if you can book those published dates. 


If we get booking from only two guests for some trip where the minimum number is 4 then we either will have to cancel it or give you alternative trip that is usually on Island of Rab. 

Generally we start with two clients booking and then we publish their date and hope to get more bookings to get secure departure and in 90 % of cases we do the trip :-) Actually so far we have never canceled any trip.Once we had only two people for Kornati tour that was not possible to do so we went on Northern Delight Tour instead.Basically most of the trips we can do for two people only if we don't get enough bookings.

We do not have “Book Now” button as all of our bookings have individual approach where we give you options or note you if we get more people to join or have any guaranteed departure.

Terms and Conditions

Your booking confirmation will be completed upon receiving filled experience and medical forms together with deposit payment.You can download them in PDF document under Information Tab / Window of each published tour.

Deposit amount is usually 30 %* from the tour or rental overall price.

*This depend on group size and the amount you're sending (not to have big transfer fees from your bank).

Payment can be done through regular bank account transfer or via Pay Pal. The extra transfer cost that is not included in tour price and it is + 4 % (percent) for Pay Pal or + 8 € Bank Transfer Fee on any amount you're sending and it should be added on top of the deposit amount.If using Pay Pal you have an option to cover transfer costs as well.

The rest of the payment can be either in cash or above mentioned method for deposit payments but at least 15 days prior to departure.

We don't take credit cards,sorry.There are many Banks and ATM's all over Croatia and on the Islands as well where you can withdraw money if want to pay in cash.We’ll give you fiscal receipt when making payment.

All rates are in Euro. If paying in Kuna please note that the minimum exchange rate is 1€ = 7.5 Kuna as we have calculated our prices according to that average rate.


All cancellations must be received at our office in writing (e-mail) and refund will be issued according to the following schedule.

  • Cancellations from 90 days before the tour start will receive full refund.
  • Cancellations from 60-90 days before the tour start will receive 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 60 days before the tour start will receive no refund.

Upon requesting cancellation policy you will receive deposit minus bank transfer fee!
